Turn to turn surge withstand voltage tester is applicable to motor, transformer, electric coil and other products which are manufactured by enameled wire.
It uses the pulse waveform comparison method to perform the equivalent over-voltage simulation test on the coil windings of the motor and the electric appliance with high-voltage pulses. Through the observation, comparison and analysis of the waveform displayed by the instrument, the insulation between the turns of the winding can be quickly and correctly determined. It has good identification performance for various turn-to-turn insulation faults such as turn-to-turn short circuit, coil corona discharge, partial short circuit, wiring error, and coil balance.
