Provided by Hi-Rez Megatron turned into a tank, Starscream turned into a jet, and Optimus Prime turned into a truck

SMITE revealed the upcoming Transformers crossover event during Pulse Con on October 22. Hasbro's virtual event also includes a trailer that provides more detailed information about what to expect from the crossover.

There are Megatron, Starscream and Optimus Prime in the trailer. Megatron will be the thunder in "Scourge", and Starscream will be Jingwei. As for Optimus Prime, he will be provided as a skin to Geb players.

Although Megatron's alternative model will be a tank, his deputy will be a jet. Optimus Prime will become a truck. Each Transformer character will also have two forms. The first will be SMITE art style, while the other will be inspired by movies and TV shows from the 80s.

"There is something magical about letting Optimus Prime save the world on the battlefield of the gods," said Alex Cantatore, vice president of Hi-Rez Brand. "We have always said that SMITE is the ultimate crossover game that brings together all the myths in the world. Optimus Prime, Megatron and Starscream just took it to another level."

SMITE executive producer Travis Brown pointed out that the employees of Titan Forge Games are also fans of G1 Transformers. He added that it is a labor of love to bring the characters to life in "Scourge of the Gods". The team surpassed themselves by creating new models, animations, rigging and effects.

Megatron, Starscream and Optimus Prime skins will be provided with the Transformers Battle Pass. According to the trailer, the Transformers Battle Pass will be released on November 16.

SMITE players and Transformers fans will also receive themed items. Some of these include a reference to Kremzeek's guard skin, an upgrade effect that pays homage to Cybertron, and a loading framework featuring the conflict between Autobots and Decepticons.

More information about the crossover event and the full display of Transformers skins will be shown on the Twitch live broadcast on October 27th at 3 pm Eastern Time.
